Refund policy
At Peachtree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please note that after 7 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer directly.
Non-Returnable Items

Partial Refunds

Books or products with visible signs of use

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund—approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company—posting delays can occur.
Then contact your bank—there is often some processing time before refunds reflect.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@peachtreeclinic.in with your order details and issue description.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.
Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as “Ready to Ship.”
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Automatic or Company-Initiated Cancellations
Peachtree reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
The product is out of stock or discontinued.
Payment is not successfully completed.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided.
The order does not pass standard verification checks.
In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed automatically for prepaid orders.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled (either by you or by us) and payment has already been made, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (bank account, debit card, credit card, or digital wallet) within 7 business days of confirmation.
Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s internal processing time.
